Refund policy

We do not offer returns and/or exchanges on used, worn items. ONLY on defective items with companies' (BCW) approval within 2 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, AFTER 2 days we are UNABLE to process any request.

**Items sent back to us without first requesting and a reply from a representative will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Feel free to email info@brightcoloredwings.com with the email address used with the order number, and name.
